Nocino (Walnut Liqueur)
This Nocino liqueur is produced according to an old family recipe. The husks used are from organically grown walnuts gathered when they have become ripe, but their woody shell has not developed yet. Walnuts are cut into 4 slices and macerated in alcohol with added cloves, cinnamon sticks, sugar and water. The infusion lasts 60 days. At the end of infusion period, Nocino rests at least one year in a steel container before bottling.
